Now is the time to stop what you’re doing and try a different, healthy and brilliantly effective approach…

One of the reasons it's so attractive is that it does not promise miracle weight loss.. It's as if I've been waiting for The Headspace Diet to come along. I did feel more in control around food than I had in months. But then, that afternoon, to my immense surprise I heard a voice in my own head. It said: "You are hungry. You probably need to eat a piece of fruit before you get really hungry and start looking for biscuits". I ate a banana. It doesn't sound like a big deal. But it was the most mindful banana I have ever eaten. It tasted good.
