Sexting is a key issue in the book and Rose’s younger brother Rudder gets into trouble with school and the police after he accidentally shares an image of a girl. With sexting on the rise among young people in the UK, and many not understanding the legal implications of their actions, this is a growing problem with potentially severe consequences.
