MasterChef champ Ping Coombes' first book shines a light on the spicy, tangy, sweet and savoury flavours from her native Malaysia. Recipes for roti canai (flaky flatbread), beef rendang, nasi lemak (coconut rice) and more mingle with Anglo-Malay dishes. The photos by Laura Edwards tie it all together beautifully.
