'Happy food'
There are four branches of Bill's Cafe in the south but, if you're nowhere near one, this is a great taste of his seasonal, relaxed style of cooking and eating.
Bill's recipes are consistently fresh, vibrant and bursting with flavour... there's certainly something inside for everyone to cook, eat and share. One thing's for sure, this is a cookbook made for people who are in love with food.
Lovingly crafted guide to a cooking year... Bill is clearly a bit of a food champion himself and his enthusiasm is evident on every page.
One of the prettiest cookbooks I've seen in a while. Both the pages and the food vibrate with colour and energy.
Bursting with vibrant colour, this is a fun celebration of good British produce.
