How to take a break from worrying
These are taken from Kids Can Cope: Put Your Worries Away, the perfect book to read together and learn how to deal with real and imagined worries. The book explains what worry is and where it comes from, and why worries make people think and feel the way they do. The suggestions in the book provide solutions for overcoming anxiety that can really help children feel more in control, able to engage with their lives and keep their worries in perspective.
The Kids Can Cope series
