Ned Sherrin

Rita’s regular appearances in the late 80s and early 90s, on Late Night with Letterman and Comic Relief established her as one of the great stand-up comedians. She co-wrote and starred in the movie Peter’s Friends with Emma Thompson, Kenneth Branagh and Stephen Fry.
