Miriam Nice

Author of Cooking Without a Kitchen, 2013 and co-wrote The Art of Drinking Sober, 2020 with Richard Davie. Miriam Nice worked for BBC Good Food 7 years and has presented many of their podcast series as well as writing a regular drinks column, and penning over 400 recipes. Miriam now writes her own blog and has written for Great British Chefs, Zlimm123, Jackie Magpie and Eat Me Magazine. She is the author of two cocktail books on the OH list, Spirited Away and Whiskey Kisses.
