My favourite thing about my role and working at Hachette is the very wide range of books and other products, which gives a hugely varied and interesting day-to-day working life.  Also, by becoming involved in the Employee Networks, it is a great opportunity to affect real change and learn from colleagues across the business, not just those I regularly work with.
