Ia Genberg

Ia Genberg (born 1967) began her writing career as a journalist. She published her debut novel, Sweet Friday, in 2012, followed by Belated Farewell (2013), and Small Comfort (2018). The Details, her third novel, was an instant Swedish bestseller, and has since sold in thirty territories all over the world. The Details was shortlisted for the 2024 International Booker Prize.
