Andrea Uptmor

Andrea Uptmor received her MA in creative writing from Northwestern University and her MFA in fiction at the University of Minnesota. She is a two‑time recipient of the Minnesota State Arts Board grant for fiction, and her short fiction has been published in McSweeney’s, PANK, and The Masters Review, among other outlets. She is a managing editor of health content for the Mayo Clinic, and she lives in Iowa with her wife and their joyful sets of twins.
