This is a brilliant book for gaining an understanding of design and technology processes through a step-by-step guide to the building of a giant roller coaster. Each problem as designer faces is taken in turn with Work it Out activities throughout to take the reader ino the heart of the design. This is just one of the series of books by Wayland and I would recommend them highly to Secondary schools wanting to augment the D&T section of their libraries or creat appealing D&T projects.
