From the terrifying alien newborn to the gibbering potty-training toddler and beyond, this book explores the glorious, messy, exhausting business of grandmothering when you’re really too fat for a playground slide. In 2022, they both became grandmothers within months of each other and found themselves catapulted back into nappy land. After years juggling careers and family life, they happily admit that being a Nana feels like a glorious second chance.
