I didn't think I could love a recipe book, but I do. The first book was great, this one is even better! There are so many amazing looking recipes to tempt you.
The recipes are really well thought out and easy to follow. All the nutritional information is available. If you are following a specific diet plan it's easy to work out the SYNS or points using the relevant apps. What makes this book (and the first, and their planner) stand out, is the boys' amazing humour. I have cried laughing at some of their stories, especially on the blog. These two men are very special indeed. I'm so grateful I found them and their Facebook group, they are truly an inspiration.
I love how the books promote the love of good food without any sense of being on a diet.
