a mighty tome, focusing as much on the offstage and on-plane shenanigans as much as the enormo-shows themselves...tons of gobsmacking scenes to digest - partly because the epic scale of the tours is so hard to comprehend. Few other bands have this much budget, let alone the creative vision, to attempt such a journey: this book is testimony to that
