Frances Hodgson Burnett

Born in England in 1849, Frances Hodgson Burnett was a playwrite and author, best known for the enduring children’s classics, The Secret Garden, A Little Princess, and Little Lord Fauntleroy. She died in 1924 in America, where she spent the latter part of her life.
