Amy Saltzman

Amy Saltzman, MD, is a longtime athlete, holistic physician, mindfulness coach, scientist, wife, mother, devoted student of transformation, and occasional poet. Starting in junior high, Amy both participated in and coached gymnastics; in college, she earned a spot as a walk-on varsity gymnast at Stanford. Later she turned to competitive cycling; and she has been a recreational athlete (cycling, running yoga, and snowboarding) for years. She is the parent of two young athletes (one competing at the professional level in cycling, the other played competitive soccer for years). Zack Scott

ZACK SCOTT joined the Royal Air Force at the age of twenty, where he worked as an aircraft technician for several years. He then returned to civilian life to work on high-speed trains, before pursuing his lifelong passion for design. Zack achieved his degree in graphic design in 2013 and has since been working in-house for a couple of companies, while using his free time to work on writing his books, 2017's Apollo and 2018's Scrapers. Zack has a keen interest in the sciences and loves to create graphics that make complex ideas easy to digest.
Allan Sefton

Allan Sefton (www.allanseftonfishing.co.uk) has fly fished for trout and other fish from Norway to the Falkland Islands. He was a regular contributor to the angling press until the pressure of another career intervened. Retirement meant time to achieve a lifetime's ambition by qualifying as a Licensed Level Two Game Angling Coach. He is now a coach for the England Youth Fly Fishing Association and coaches their international team. Her research thesis focused on learning and memory and she has continued to work in this field, holding a post-doctoral research position at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Shanida is currently senior medical writer at a medical education agency writing in the field of cardiology, oncology, psychiatry and women's health. Shanida regularly meditates and practices yoga and in 2004 collaborated in the development of a seminar on the benefits of meditation, tai chi and chi kung for professionals.
