Sheila Dainow is a trained counsellor and therapeutic massage practitioner with diplomas from South West London College and the College of Holistic Medicine. The Dalai Lama

His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the exiled religious and temporal leader of Tibet and winner of the 1989 Nobel Peace Prize, is recognised internationally as a spiritual leader and statesman. He lives in Dharamsala, India. Nicholas Vreeland has been a practicing Tibetan Buddhist monk since 1985, when he was ordained by the Dalai Lama. Since 1998 he has been the Director of the Tibet Center.
Dr Daniel Freeman

Professor Daniel Freeman is one of the UK's leading clinical psychologists. He is a Professor of Clinical Psychology and Medical Research Council (MRC) Senior Clinical Fellow at the University of Oxford. He was awarded the 2008 May Davidson prize by the British Psychological Society which marks 'an outstanding contribution to the development of clinical psychology. A key figure in the latest developments in cognitive behaviour therapy, he teaches clinicians around the world.
Anthony David

Anthony David is Professor of Cognitive Neuropsychiatry at the IoPPN and a consultant psychiatrist. He set up and heads the Depersonalisation Disorders Clinic at the Maudsley Hospital, London.
Richard Davidson

Professor Richard Davidson was the first to identify the science of emotion. He is hailed everywhere from The New York Times to The New Scientist and by everyone from Daniel Goleman to Deepak Chopra and Ruby Wax. He heads up the psychology lab at the University of Wisconsin.

She has also taught in Loreto, Bray, Castleknock College and Kilkenny College.She has been a class tutor for fifteen years, a role which she absolutely loves, and as a result has experienced many teenage issues firsthand and gotten to know the girls on a very personal level. Mary is also a transition year coordinator and Learning Support teacher. She lives in Kilkenny with her husband and two children.
