Digital Support Team Leader
Hodder Education, one of the UK’s leading educational publishers, is looking for a Digital Support Team Leader to manage the Digital Support Team which consists of 3 Digital Support Assistants. Working within the busy marketing team the Digital Support Team provides exceptional service to teachers within primary, secondary, International and Further Education markets.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the digital support team provide efficient and effective support to customers who need technical and set-up assistance for a variety of our online elearning services. You will also need to be able to solve any other digital query or issue they may have. You will be the ‘Voice of the customer’ in the business, helping to ensure our digital developments are driven by customer need. You will also be required to analyse and review the behaviour of our online customers and suggest improvements to internal processes and systems, liaising closely with our technical team.
We are looking for a positive, effective communicator who has good attention to detail and enjoys problem solving and challenges. Ideally you will have experience of working with customers and / or digital products and will be able to maintain a calm approach during peak times.
