Digital Support Assistant
Hodder Education, one of the UK’s leading educational publishers – winners of Publisher of the Year 2015 and 2016 - is looking for a Digital Support Assistant to join the busy digital marketing team.

As Digital Support Assistant you will provide efficient and effective support via phone, email and other channels to customers who need technical and set-up assistance for a variety of our online services. You’ll have particular responsibility for one of our digital systems, and will be the ‘Voice of the customer’ in the business, ensuring our digital customers are supported from ordering, to accessing and using their online subscription services.
You will also be required to analyse and review the behaviour of our online customers and suggest improvements to internal processes and systems, liaising closely with our technical team.
In addition there are numerous projects that you could be involved in on a short or long term basis.
We are looking for an internet and systems-savvy candidate, with excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be calm and patient under pressure and comfortable using their initiative to solve issues efficiently. You’ll be proficient in using standard office systems and able to pick up new systems quickly.
