We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to manage the digital programme, including e-books, apps, audio and other digital products, working on imprints across the Octopus Publishing Group. 

In this role you will have responsibility for the full life cycle of our e-book and audio publishing programmes, as well as developing new digital projects, including apps and web-based products, working with complex illustrated content. You will manage relationships with external suppliers, negotiating contracts and deliverables, and be responsible for the digital budget.

Other responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, being the key contact within the business for Hachette Group Digital, working on sales and other promotional opportunities, and presenting our digital programme to external customers.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, will be able to demonstrate success in a relevant role, and will have an understanding of ePub conversion processes, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and, ideally, InDesign. You will have excellent communication and project management skills.
