We have a number of vacancies for an Accounts Payable Administrator in the Bought Ledger department. This role is responsible for processing invoices correctly and ensuring payments are made promptly to suppliers. The Accounts Payable Administrator will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Working as part of the small cashiering team, you will have responsibility for the efficient and effective processing of all payment requests (BACS, CHAPS and international), the recording of receipts and payments onto the cashbook, preparing regular bank account reconciliations, and the investigation and clearance of any non-reconciling transactions.
